Children and Youth living with chronic pain can be referred by their primary care providers or pediatrician to the NICHE pediatric pain program.
Adults living with chronic pain who are interested in a referral to one of the physicians located at our clinic, should connect with their primary care provider or relevant specialist to determine the most appropriate referral avenue.
